    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo exploreclinicalcharacteristics andrisk factorsof drug-induced hypofibrinogenemia，providinga referenceforrationalclinicaldruguse.METHODSRetrospectivecaseanalysesliteratureondrug-iducedhypofibrnogenemiawere collected fromdomesticandinternationaldatabases fromtheirinceptiontoDecember31，2024.Thepatients’gender，age， fibrinogen(FIB)levelsbeforeandaftertreatment，drug types，theincidenceof drug-inducedhypofibrinogenemia，timeof occurrence，bleedingrates，clinicalmanifestations，riskfactors，andprotectivefactorswereallanalyzedRESULTSAtotalf40 retrospectivecaseanalysisstudieswereincluded，involving17313patients.Patient agerangedfromO.83to78.4Oyears，with males accounting for 16.90%81.00% .The involved drugs comprised 5 categories and 13 specific agents，including tigecycline ......
