【摘要】无创正压通气是指通过鼻(面)罩等方法连接患者和呼吸机的辅助通气方式，采用容量或压力支持的模式，克服吸气阻力，增加通气量并改善换气功能，对呼吸衰竭有确切的疗效，可降低插管率，住院时间和病死率。但患者初次接受无创正压通气治疗时，多有拒绝使用的情况，我们对这类患者进行分析，并实施了针对性护理，提高了病人对治疗的依从性，取得了良好的效果。

    【Abstract】 Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation by means of nasal ( surface ) cover method connecting patient and ventilator assisted ventilation modes.The volume or pressure support mode, overcome the inspiratory resistance, increased ventilation and improve the ventilation function, on the respiratory failure has exact curative effect, can reduce the intubation rate, duration of hospitalization and mortality. But patients first receiving noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of, have refused to use case, we on this type of patients were analyzed, and the corresponding nursing care, improve patient treatment compliance, and achieved good results.
