【摘要】目的：探讨大孔径CT模拟定位系统在胸粗针穿刺活检术中的应用价值。方法：25例患者采用大孔径CT模拟定位系统引导下进行胸粗针穿刺活检术，分析患者组织病理学确诊率、及穿刺并发等情况。结果：25例患者均顺利完成穿刺，组织病理学确诊率高达100%，分别确诊为肺癌23例，肺良性疾病2例。并发症包括气胸1例，咯血2例。结论：大孔径CT模拟定位系统在胸粗针穿刺活检术中准确性、安全性较高，值得临床推广。

    Large aperture CT simulation in breast core needle biopsy technique application

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the large aperture CT simulation in the chest of coarse needle biopsy in clinical application. Methods: 25 cases of patients with a large aperture CT simulation guided coarse needle biopsy of thoracic, analysis of patients with histopathological diagnosis rate, and puncture complicating conditions. Results: of the 25patients were successfully completed the puncture, the histopathological diagnosis rate of up to 100%, were diagnosed with lung cancer in 23 cases,2 cases of benign pulmonary diseases. Complications included pneumothorax in 1 cases,2 cases of hemoptysis. Conclusion: large aperture CT simulation in thoracic needle biopsy in accuracy, high safety, worthy of clinical application. ......
