【摘要】目的：探讨damon自锁托槽在矫治双颌前突患者的临床应用效果。方法：选择选择2012年6月~2013年6月在我科进行双颌前突矫治的12例患者，将其予以自锁托槽矫治技术，进行矫治，定期随访，观察矫治前后上下颌的尖牙与磨牙的深度、宽度变化情况。结果：与矫治前比较，矫治后患者上下颌的尖牙、磨牙无论是深度还是宽度均增加明显，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：damon自锁托槽矫治器可对于双颌前突患者的上下牙弓具有较好的扩弓作用，具有较好的临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical application effect of damon bracket in correction of patients with bimaxillary protrusion. Methods: 12 patients with bimaxillary protrusion were selected in this study, all of whom were corrected in our department from June 2012 to June 2013. The patients were given correction with damon bracket and were followed up regularly. Depth and width changes of maxillary and mandibular cuspid teeth and molars before and after the treatment were compared. Results: Compared with the situation before the correction, the maxillary and mandibular cuspid teeth and molars were both increased either in depth or width after the treatment, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Damon bracket have better arch expansion effects on maxillary and mandibular dental arches in patients with bimaxillary protrusion, which has good clinical application value. ......
