86例女性外阴瘙痒临床分析

【摘要】目的 探讨女性外阴瘙痒的临床特征及其有效的治疗方法。方法 选择2010年12月至2013年7月期间我院收治的86例外阴瘙痒患者，将其平均分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)，对照组患者采用西医治疗，观察组患者采用中西医结合治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和统计。结果 观察组患者治疗的显效率和总有效率分别为65.1%、85.3%，对照组患者治疗的显效率和总有效率分别为34.9%、69.8%，两组之间的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗应用于外阴瘙痒的临床效果十分显著，有效的提高了患者康复率，值得推广。
