【摘要】目的：探讨肩胛骨骨折的外科治疗方法. 方法：回顾分析自2012年12月至2014年2月收治的经手术治疗的20例肩胛骨骨折的临床资料进行分析，采用肩胛骨后方手术入路，切开复位内固定治疗。结果：所有患者均获随诊，随诊时间6月-2年。骨折愈合时间8-12周，根据功能评分，优14例，良3例，可1例，差2例，优良率70%。 结论：肩胛骨不稳定骨折经手术治疗疗效肯定，功能满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the methods of surgical treatment of scapular fracture. Methods: retrospective analysis from 2012 December to 2014 February were treated by operation treatment of 20 cases with scapular fractures were retrospectively analyzed, the scapula posterior operation approach, open reduction and internal fixation. Results: all patients were followed up, the follow-up time in June - 2 years. 8 - 12 weeks healing time of fracture, according to the function score, excellent in 14 cases, good in 3 cases, 1 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 70%. Conclusion: the unstable scapular fracture operation treatment the curative effect, satisfactory function.
