艾拉光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察与复发性研究(2)

通过我科对门诊尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗及随访研究，光动力治疗疗效确切，总治愈率达95.4%，有效率达98.5%，同时3个月复发率降至20%以内(传统复发率为33%)，其中，能完成不小于3次治疗的患者3个月复发率更低至8%。因此，疾病复发率与治疗次数成反比。
综上所述，5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法是一种简单、安全、有效、复发性低、副作用小的治疗尖锐湿疣的方法。
