【摘要】目的 探讨血糖正常者及糖代谢异常者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与体重指数相关性因素。方法 将982例体检人员分为血糖正常组及糖代谢异常组，比较两组不同体重指数HbA1c水平。结果 血糖正常组中，随体重指数的增高而增高。血糖代谢异常组中，情况与血糖正常组相反。结论 血糖正常人体重指数对HbA1c水平有影响，而血糖代谢异常人群HbA1c水平与不受这些因素影响。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the abnormal glucose metabolism in normal blood glucose andglycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and body mass index correlation factors.Methods 982 cases of medical personnel were divided into normal blood glucose groupand abnormal glucose metabolism group， the level of HbA1c in different body mass index were compared between the two groups.. Result Normal blood sugar group， along with the increase of body mass indexincreased. Glucose metabolism in the abnormal group， and normal blood glucose group instead.
