依托泊苷胶囊单药治疗晚期淋巴癌等晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

【摘要】目的 评价依托泊苷胶囊单药的临床疗效并观察临床应用中的毒副作用。方法 采用依托泊苷单药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤23例，可评价20例。结果 总有效率35.00%，对晚期淋巴癌为16.67%(1/6)，对小细胞肺癌有效率为55.60%(5/9)，对胃癌为25%(1/4)。剂量限制毒性为骨髓抑制，有轻度消化道反应，对肝肾功能无明显影响。结论 依托泊苷胶囊单药治疗晚期肿瘤有一定疗效，毒副反应可以耐受。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of oral etoposide (lastet capsula) in single chemotherapy and to observe the side effect of Lastet.Methods 20 cases of advanced malignant tumours were treated with oral lastet capsula 50mg/m214 days.Results Total effective rate was 35.00%.The toxicity was myelosuppression，moderate gastrointestinal toxicity，and no obvious efffects on liver or kidney functions were found.Conclusions Excellent therapeutic effect has been achieved with oral lastet capsula in treating advanced SCLC，NSCLC and gastric cancer.The side effect was tolerable.
