喜树内生真菌DiaporthespXZ07中的2个新内酯及其抑制肿瘤活性研究(1)

     [摘要]对1株喜树内生真菌Diaporthe sp XZ07的次生代谢产物进行研究。采用RP18，Sephadex LH20，硅胶等材料进行色谱柱分离纯化得到2个新化合物，鉴定为5((E)1，4，5trihydroxyhex2enyl)furan2(5H)one(1)和(5Z)5(2，3，4，5tetrahydroxyhexylidene)furan2(5H)one(2)。用MTT法测试化合物活性，结果显示化合物1对Hela有较强抑制活性，化合物2对MCF7，SHSY5Y，3LL均有较强抑制活性。
