微波消解ICPMS法对冬虫夏草不同部位5种重金属元素的分布研究(1)

     [摘要]应用微波消解ICPMS法测定了20批冬虫夏草中5种重金属铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)元素的残留量,并分析了5种重金属在冬虫夏草不同部位的含量。结果表明,在《中医药中药材重金属限量》ISO国际标准下,所有批次样品中Cu,Pb,Cd,Hg 4种重金属元素的残留量均符合要求,且该4种元素在子座中的含量均高于虫体中的含量;重金属As的超标率为8824%,样品中As主要集中于虫体部分,虫体中As的含量是子座的7~12倍。该研究阐明了冬虫夏草中5种重金属的分布规律,同时分析了现行冬虫夏草重金属砷限量标准所存在的问题,并提出了相关建议,希望能为冬虫夏草重金属砷的限量标准制定提供参考。

    [Abstract]The contents of five heavy metals (Cu, Pb, As, Cd, Hg) in 17 batches of Cordyceps sinensis were determined by microwave digestionICPMS, and their distribution in C sinensis were analyzed The results showed that the contents of Cu, Pb, Cd and Hg in all batches were in accordance with the international standards of Chinese MedicineChinese Herbal Medicine Heavy Metal Limit, with their contents in the stroma higher than that in the caterpillar body, and the excess rate of As, which mainly concentrated in the caterpillar body part of C sinensis, was 8824%, as the content of As in the caterpillar body was 7 to 12 fold of that in the stroma In this study, the distribution of five heavy metals in C sinensis was clarified, and the existing problems of arsenic limit of heavy metal in C sinensis were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward It is hoped that the reference standard can be provided for the limited standard of arsenic in C sinensis.

    冬蟲夏草系麦角菌科真菌冬虫夏草菌Cordyceps sinensis (BerK) Sacc 寄生在蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫上的子座和幼虫尸体的干燥复合体[1],是我国特产传统名贵中药。研究表明,冬虫夏草主要化学成分为核苷类、氨基酸类、糖醇和甾醇类等[24]。主要的药理作用有调节机体免疫力、抗肿瘤以及保护神经系统等[59]。近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高及保健意识的增强,冬虫夏草产品受到了人们的追捧,价格也一路走高,与此同时,对冬虫夏草有效成分、药理药效和重金属污染等相关方面的研究屡见不鲜[1013]。

    然而,已有的关于冬虫夏草重金属的研究多是探讨了其测定方法及含量,对其的分布研究却鲜有报道。分析冬虫夏草中重金属在虫体和子座中含量的分布规律,是了解其重金属超标原因的基础,对冬虫夏草重金属标准的制定具有重要意义。故本实验应用《中国药典》2015年版收录方法微波消解ICPMS法对冬虫夏草各部位中重金属的残留量进行了测定,以阐明冬虫夏草各部位中重金属的分布情况,以期为冬虫夏草重金属的研究及产品的研发提供参考。
