[摘要]中药方剂是中药临床治病的重要手段，其多组分、多靶点、整合调节的作用特点迫切需要运用现代先进的科学技术手段来揭示其复杂的作用机制。蛋白质组学系统性、全方位的研究模式正好与中药方剂的作用特点相契合，已经逐渐广泛应用于中药方剂的药理作用机制研究中。该文对近年来蛋白质组学在中药方剂抗心脑血管疾病、抗肝脏疾病、抗糖尿病、抗癌、抗类风湿性关节炎以及其他疾病的药理研究中的应用进行了综述，并提出未来发展的方向，以期为中药方剂作用机制的蛋白质组学研究提供思路和方法参考。
