全国中药资源普查中位置信息获取和共享应用设计(1)
[摘要]在浩瀚的文献资料中，多有关于中药材分布信息的论述。受技术方法的限制，历代本草中关于中药材产地或分布方面的资料，多为宏观层面的描述信息。明确区域内中药资源的种类和分布等本底信息，是全国中药资源普查工作的主要目标之一。根据全国中药资源普查技术规范和试点工作经验，普查队借助“3S”技术、计算机网络技术、数码拍照技术等现代技术方法，可有效收集中药资源位置信息。详细、具体的位置信息，为区域间资源禀赋差异和相似性、生物特性和空间分布规律等方面的研究，均提供了数据支撑。在空间信息技术的支持下，基于位置信息，可以实现对多来源普查数据统计汇总和共享应用。进行中药资源及相关基础数据的融合，可对海量数据进行空间化融合、汇总和管理，有助于从总体水平上挖掘中药资源的科学规律，全面揭示其科学内涵。

現阶段，中共中央、国务院高度重视中医药事业发展，全国各地和各部门均在大力发展中药资源相关产业。各种详细、具体的中药资源本底数据，是宏观决策、中观布局和微观操作的基础。国家中医药管理局现阶段组织实施的第四次全国中药资源普查(试点)工作，主要目的是掌握资源家底，明确区域内中药资源的种类、分布和重点药材数量等基础信息。由于第三次全国中药资源普查工作时期，空间信息技术等定位技术方法尚未普遍应用。受方法限制，以前的文献资料关于中药资源的分布信息，一般多为宏观性描述或者是概念性空间分布区域，如分布于路边、山谷、中国大部分地区等。
现阶段，以地理信息系统(GIS)、遥感(RS)和全球定位系统(GPS)为核心技术的空间信息技术(简称“3S”技术)，已经在众多领域广泛应用。如何有效的收集中药资源分布信息，是此次中药资源普查工作的关键任务之一，也是全国中药资源普查技术规范和宏观设计的核心之一。根据全国中药资源普查(试点)工作经验，充分运用“3S”技术、计算机网络技术、数码拍照技术等现代技术方法，可有效收集中药资源位置信息。有了详细、具体的位置信息，就可以对区域间资源禀赋差异和相似性、中药资源的生物特性和空间分布规律等进行深入研究，为中药资源持续利用提供基础研究结果和依据；同时，还可以提升中药资源普查数据信息的准确性和客观性，提高普查的工作效率和质量。本文就全国中药资源普查中关于位置信息的采集技术方法，及后期共享应用设计进行归纳梳理，以期为更有效得获取中药资源的分布信息，为中药资源分布信息的充分共享应用提供服务。本文就全国中药资源普查工作中位置信息获取和共享应用进行简要介绍，总体架构见图1。, 百拇医药(张小波 李梦 王慧 郭兰萍 黄璐琦)
