[摘要] NADPH氧化酶异常激活生成过量活性氧介导的氧化损伤是多种疾病的病理机制，中药可通过抑制NADPH氧化酶而发挥抗氧化作用，减轻组织、血管、神经等损伤，对于动脉粥样硬化、缺血再灌注、高血压、高血糖等病理状态均有治疗意义。该文对具有NADPH氧化酶抑制作用的中药单体、复方与成药进行综述，以阐释、总结其可能的治疗意义与抑制作用的靶点机制。
