摘要：目的：了解多肿瘤标志物蛋白(c-12)芯片法与化学发光分析法所测肿瘤标志物结果的符合性以及多肿瘤标志物蛋白(c-12)芯片系统的临床适用性。方法：蛋白芯片法与化学发光分析法测相同标本的6项肿瘤标志物，比对两种方法的符合性及观察蛋白芯片系统的临床适应性。结果：蛋白芯片法可检出肿瘤患者血清中的肿瘤标记物与健康人血清中的肿瘤标记物的参考数值存在的明显变化。芯片法对4种肿瘤的5种阳性检出率几乎与ACLIA一致或者稍低，两组之间无显著差异(P>0.01)。结论：蛋白芯片法应用临床检测肿瘤标志物具有可靠性，与化学发光分析法在检测灵敏度与准确性上无明显差别，其临床应用价值较高。
