动静脉内瘘血栓形成尿激酶溶栓效果分析(1)
摘要：目的：探讨尿激酶溶栓对动静脉内瘘血栓形成的临床治疗疗效。方法：对30例注射尿激酶溶栓治疗动静脉瘘血栓患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性的分析总结。结果：30例患者共进行了50例次溶栓，35例次溶栓溶通，溶通率70.0%，溶通的患者血栓形成时间明显短于溶栓失败的患者，而溶栓失败的患者的附壁血栓形成的发生率比溶通患者的高。结论：尿激酶溶栓治疗动静脉内瘘血栓的形成操作间店，安全有效溶通率高。具有较高的临床应用价值，值得临床治疗推广。
