利多卡因胶浆抑制全麻拔管反应的临床观察(1)
摘要：观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术中盐酸利多卡因胶浆气管导管涂抹对拔管反应的抑制作用。结果显示，利多卡因能够有效地预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术中由心血管应激反应而引起的血流动力学改变以及呛咳、咽喉痛的发生率。
