浅议医院文化建设的基本内容

医院文化是医院支配一切管理活动的灵魂，是医院的核心竞争力，只有通过构建医院文化体系和培育医院精神，激发职工的责任感，增强职工的积极性，使医院成为一个生机勃勃的、能够适应环境、克服困难、奋发向上的有机体。加强医院文化建设，首先必须了解医院文化建设的基本内容，本文从内涵、原则、重点、意义四个方面对其进行阐述。
