儿童紫癜性肾炎48例诊治与护理

     摘要：

    过敏性紫癜性肾炎好发于儿童与青少年，需要接受正规的治疗。单纯胺类及激素类药难以根治，极易复发；中医将该病归属为“葡萄疫”范畴，体征多以“血溢脉络、瘀滞凝聚而发斑”，用药以“凉血清热止血”为主。本文采用中西结合疗法，加上科学的日常调养，取得了显著疗效。
