护理管理干预在人文关爱护理中的应用

摘要：
人文关爱护理是以以人为本护理理念为基准对患者进行护理，护理过程中需要护理管理的干预，以保证人文关爱护理质量，为患者提供优质人文关爱护理的影响分析，提出了基于护理管理干预强化护理人员人文关爱的策略。
