MSCs 对兔下颌骨牵张成骨处 OPG 表达的影响

摘要：目的：本实验通过将骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)注射于兔下颌骨牵张成骨处后，了解 MSCs 对牵张成骨处促进成骨的机制。方法：实验组将 MSCs 注射于右侧牵张成骨处，而对照组注入等量的生理盐水。X线图像分析系统计算新生骨生成区的平均灰度值。免疫组化的方法检测牵张成骨处新生骨组织中骨保护素的表达。结果：兔下颌骨牵张成骨实验动物模型造模成功，MSCs注射可促进牵张区骨量增加，局部组织中骨保护素的表达明显高于对照组。结论：MSCs的促成骨作用可能通过表达骨保护素来实现。
