目的：探讨舒血宁合葛根素治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床价值，以供参考。方法：采集2013年11月至2014年5月期间来我院治疗的86例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UA)病患资料，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加舒血宁合葛根素，观察比较两组临床病症、心脏功能、心电图及安全性变化。结果：观察组症状总有效率95.7%，心电图总有效率89.1%，左室射血分数(EF)(0.67±0.04)%，左室短轴缩短率(FS)(0.33±0.05)%；对照组依次为80.0%、75.0%、(0.56±0.02)%、(0.25±0.04)%。且观察组无不良反应，差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒血宁合葛根素治疗UA疗效显著且安全，值得临床推广使用。
