     摘要：目的：建立考察阿苯达唑片溶出过程的方法，初步评价该制剂的内在质量。方法：采用光纤药物溶出仪实时监测阿苯达唑片的溶出过程。结果：所测样品在45min内全部合格，批间和批内差异均较小。结论：光纤溶出仪能够实时有效地测定固体药物的体外溶出度，并能客观反应药物溶出的全过程。
