摘要： 目的：分析40岁以上不同年龄段高血压病人经颅多普勒血流图，了解血流速度快慢、动脉硬化与年龄、高血压病的关系。方法：从1000例受检高血压病患者，将其分成四个年龄组，计算血流速度增快的血管数、血流减慢的血管数、以及PI值增高的血管数，并计算其占同龄人数中的比例。结果：高血压病对脑血管血流动力学有显著影响，高血压患者应将经颅多普勒列为常规检查项目。
