23例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理体会

     摘要： 目的： 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理措施及健康指导。方法：对32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，在常规治疗的同时进行气道护理、呼吸训练等措施。结果：29例经治疗和护理病情好转出院，有效率达90%，3例患者未达到很好的控制，转上级医院。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，通过气道护理、呼吸训练、营养护理、氧疗、心理护理可提高疗效，提高患者的生活质量。
