    Practice makes perfect and because you know you'll end up giving the speech on your feet, why not get used to itand rehearse it that way as much as possible beforehand?Practice what kind of posture you'll use, and you can evenrehearse your gestures. Don't let them become too "stiff",however; remember you want to seem as natural andrelaxed as possible on the big day. Ideally, you will have thechance to rehearse in a room about the same size as the onewhere you'll be presenting. Once you have given severalpresentations in public, you'll glean an idea as to exactlyhow many rehearsals you actually need in order to reallyclinch it.
