【摘要】目的:了解急诊科护士对急救知识和技能的掌握程度及学习需求。方法:加强急诊科专科护士培训、提高她们的整体素质,使急诊科护士在急诊医学中扮演更重要的角色[1]。结果:在多年的急救护理实践、教学和科研工作中,再加以专科护士培训,急诊科护士均具备较高的专业素质,适应快速、多变的急救要求。结论:要提高急诊科抢救质量,满足患者不断提高的服务要求,就必须建立一支高素质的急诊护理队伍,扎实的理论知识、丰富的临床经验和熟练的操作技能是提高急诊科护理质量所必需的[2]。
