【摘要】目的:总结阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)术的护理经验。方法:对21例OSAS患者行UPPP术,术前对患者进行健康指导、心理护理、选择合适的病室与体位、吸氧及体格检查,术后给予观察生命体征等精心护理及出院指导。结果:手术有效率100%,无护理并发症发生。结论:术前充分准备,术后严密观察,细心护理,是确保OSAS患者UPPP成功的重要保证。
