【摘要】目的:总结预防神志清楚的气管插管患者自行拔管的发生。方法:在2008年4月～2010年3月,对我科共收治所有神志清楚且气管插管的患者152例,运用情志护理贯穿气管插管的病程中。结果:无一例患者发生自行拔管,从而保证了治疗和护理的顺利进行。结论:运用中医情志护理,能有效地防止了病人发生自行拔管。

    【Abstract】Objective:Purpose being in charge of by self summing up the clear air tube plunging tube patient proper motion tube drawing taking precautions against consciousness’s happening.Methods:is in March, 2010 in April , 2008, receive and cure all consciousness together to my section clear at present air tube plunging tube patient 152 examples, in the course of disease applying the feeling aspiration nursing to run through air tube plunging tube.
