【摘要】急性阑尾炎的发病率在急腹症中居首位,典型的症状为转移性右下腹痛,主要体征为麦氏点压痛,但有的症状体征不明显,常会造成漏诊误诊。超声检查阑尾炎已广泛应用于临床,局限于一种方法灵活性小,敏感性低,漏诊率高,本文旨在讨论联合运用多种超声方法对诊断阑尾炎的价值。
