【摘要】出院后内耳眩晕症复发,在院外治疗,病情时好时差。3天前患者无明诱因突发头昏、视物旋转,睁眼及变换体位时加重,伴频繁恶心、呕吐胃内容物,非喷射状,无咖啡样物,无耳鸣。
