【摘要】目的:探讨记忆合金环抱接骨板联合克氏针治疗锁骨骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。 方法:2004年7月至2008年7月采用西脉记忆合金环抱接骨板联合克氏针治疗锁骨骨折89例。男56例,女33例;年龄16～79岁,平均32.4±11.2岁;其中车祸伤48例,摔伤27例,打击伤14例。 结果:88例病人获得随访,随访3～40个月,平均14个月。无内固定松动及再骨折。按Constant肩关节评分标准:优67例,良17例,可3例,1例为差。优良率96.0%。 结论:形状记忆合金环抱接骨板联合克氏针治疗锁骨骨折是一种简单有效的方法,具有手术操作简便、内固定确实等优点。
