【摘要】目的:分析气管插管致喉损伤的原因、预防及诊治。方法:回顾性分析3例因气管插管致喉损伤患者的临床资料,对其原因及预防方法进行探讨。结果:3例患者均表现为声音嘶哑,单侧声带麻痹,考虑为环杓关节脱位,均行环杓关节复位术,但治疗时机不同,预后不同。结论:多种因素可能导致气管插管后声音嘶哑,重点在于预防,及时确诊,早期治疗预后良好。

    【Abstract】Objective:The analysis trachea cannula sends the reason which, the prevention and the diagnosis the throat damages. Methods: Because the review analysis 3 examples the trachea cannula sends the throat to damage patient’s clinical material, carries on the discussion to its reason and the precautionary approach. Results: 3 example patients display for the sound hoarse, the one-sided vocal cord is lacking in vigilance, considers for the link scoop joint dislocation, good link scoop joint reduction, but the treatment opportunity is different, the prognosis is different. Conclusion:After many kinds of factors possibly cause the trachea cannula, sound hoarse, lies in the prevention with emphasis, prompt diagnosis, early treatment prognosis is favorable. ......
