宝清县儿童急性中毒286例临床分析

【摘要】小儿急性中毒是临床常见危急重症之一。临床症状呈多样性,病史明确容易诊断。宝清地区每年均有发病,且发病月份不固定,中毒原因多种多样。中毒后可以引起全身各个脏器的损害,应该引起广大医务工作者的高度认识和重视。对中毒儿童的随访也很重要,因为多数中毒儿童的脏器受到严重损害,尤其肝损害严重。且一周内几乎不能恢复正常,两周以上少数患儿仍有异常。
