    本文是对我院280例巨大儿产前诊断方法、诊断率、误诊原因及分娩方式作回顾性分析。胎儿体重达到或超过4000g称巨大儿,随着人们生活水平的提高,有资料报道20世纪90年代比70年代巨大儿增加1倍,其中超过4500g的胎儿占0.79% -1.04% ......
