【摘要】目的:观察自拟止咳汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:将72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组35例,治疗组用自拟止咳汤加减治疗,对照组采用西药博利康尼、氨茶碱治疗,均治疗1个月,再停药1月后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈26例(70.3%),总有效率97.3% ; 对照组治愈7例(20.0%),总有效率71.4% 。两组疗效对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟止咳汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有满意临床疗效。
