【摘要】目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止16-24周妊娠的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对60例孕16-24周要求终止。结果:本组60例中58例顺利分娩出胚胎组织,成功率为98.7%,出血量平均为70毫升,无羊水栓塞,子宫破裂,过敏性休克及感染等并发症发生,其中4例出现胃肠道反应,2例出现一过性低热,未行处理均自行缓解。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止16-28周妊娠成功率高,不良反应小,安全有效,值得推广。
