【摘要】目的:观察中西医结合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:63例溃疡性结肠炎加病理检查确诊,随机分成治疗组32例,采用锡类散、云南白药、甲硝唑、庆大霉素、利多卡因中西药结合灌肠;对照组31例,应用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。30 d后再行结肠镜检查判断疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率(显效率)53.1%,总有效率96.9%;对照组治愈率22.6%,总有效率61.3%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中西药结合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,副作用小,安全,简便易行。
