【摘要】目的:在救治农药中毒患者过程中实施心理护理,提高救治效果。方法:对42例农药中毒患者的心理分析,存在着有意识的主动服药和无意识的被动中毒两类。出院后跟踪随访效果观察并记录。结果:良好的心理护理能帮助患者挖掘自身的心理潜能,发挥有利于康复的最大能力。使患者心理得到安抚和激励,情绪由焦虑不安变为安定,意志上有懦弱变为坚强,信念由悲观变为信心,对治疗态度上由被动变为主动。
