【摘要】目的:分析新上岗护士工作中不安全的诸多隐患及管理对策。方法:对新上岗护士进行法律知识教育、安全教育、职业道德教育等规范工作流程,加强规范化培训。结果:新上岗护士对护理质量的意识提高,护理不安全管理措施的有效落实,新上岗护士发生纠纷减少。结论:对新上岗护士职业培训十分重要。

    【Abstract】Objective: Analyzes new mount guard nurse to work the unsafe many hidden dangers and the management countermeasure. Methods: Carries on standard work flows and so on legal knowledge education, safe education, occupational ethics education to new mount guard nurse, strengthens standardized training. Results: New mount guard nurse to nurses the quality consciousness enhancement, nurses the unsafe management measure effective realization, new mount guard nurse has the dispute to reduce. Conclusion: The professional manager is very important to new mount guard nurse.
