【摘要】临床实习前对学生进行强化培训,有利于护生尽快熟悉实习要求,是护生树立良好自信心、顺利进入临床科室、增强人际沟通能力、减少医疗差错、杜绝医疗事故的有效方法。从而提高了临床实习质量。

    【Abstract】Before the clinical practice, carries on strengthened training to the student, is advantageous in protects lives as soon as possible the familiar practice request, is protects lives has the good self-confidence, to enter the clinical administrative offices, enhancement interpersonal communication ability, the reduced medical service mistake, the stop incident of malpractice’s efficacious device smoothly. Thus improved the clinical practice quality.
