【摘要】目的:探讨脉冲式封管在静脉留置针输液中的应用。方法:选择2007年1月至2009年10月,十堰市张湾区人民医院内科住院治疗的100例脑梗塞患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组运用脉冲式封管法,对照组则以缓慢均匀推注法,观察两组患者的静脉及输液情况。结果: 观察组留置针的静脉炎和堵管发生率远远小于对照组,而输液速度快于对照组。结论:脉冲式封管对保护静脉留置针在输液中的应用效果明显。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discussion pulse type tube sealing in vein leaving alone needle infusion application.
