【摘要】目的:探讨肛瘘切除创口一期缝合是治疗低位单纯肛瘘的较好方法。方法:76例低位单纯肛瘘行切除后创口一期缝合,术后7天拆线。 结果:76例手术伤口均一期愈合,术后随访无复发。 结论:肛瘘切除创口一期缝合术式治疗低位单纯肛瘘有推广价值。

Results: 76 example surgery wound homogeneous time heals, after the technique, makes a follow-up visit does not have the recrudescence.
