【摘要】目的:介绍微血管减压术及其手术配合体会。方法:采用乙状窦后入路,用涤纶片行面神经根微血管减压术治疗,手术室护士通过详尽的术前访视、完善的术前准备和密切的术中配合,保证手术顺利进行。结果:14例病例中,13例术后当天痉挛即刻消失,1例术后1周痉挛消失。随访36个月无复发,有效率100%。结论:微血管减压手术配合中体位的合理摆放,手术显微器械及仪器的使用和维护,Teflon毡片的正确使用是手术成功的基本保证。

    Intraoperative co-operation in microvascular decompression through minimally invasive retrosigmoid approach

    【Abstract】Objective:To share our experience with microvascular decompression and the intraoperative co-operation during this operation. Methods:Teflon patches were used in facial nerve root microvacular decompression through retrosigmoid approach. Detailed pre-operative interview of the patients was carried out by nurses from the operating theater; perfect pre-operative preparation and excellent cooperation were applied to ensure that operations were done smoothly. Results:Among 14 cases, 13 cases’ facial spasm disappeared immediately after operation, the other patient’s facial spasm disappeared one week after operation. After follow-up for 3-6 months , the efficacy rate was 100%. Conclusions:The following points are basic to ensure the success of such operations: appropriate positioning of the patients during microvacular decompression operation; the application and maintenance of the microscopic instruments and apparatus as well as correct use of Teflon patches. ......
