【摘要】目的:了解HBV感染孕妇有关乙型肝炎知识知晓情况,探讨对这些患者有效的产前健康教育方式。方法:将80例HBV感染孕妇随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用单一的书面健康教育方式,试验组采用书面+面对面讲解的方式。两组均在健康教育之前(第一次产前检查时)和之后(第二次产前检查时)进行乙型肝炎相关知识摸底测试,对比两组健康教育的效果。结果:试验组与对照组健康教育之前、之后测试得分分别为(41.8±10.3)分、(42.5± 9.6)分(P>0.05),(78.5±5.36)分、(63.8±5.42)分(P<0.01)。结论:HBV感染孕妇乙型肝炎相关知识明显缺乏,对这些孕妇进行产前健康教育可获得较好的效果,且书面加面对面讲解的方式优于单一的书面健康教育方式。
