【摘要】近年来我国暗娼(CSW)人群艾滋病毒(HIV)感染率呈逐年增加趋势,岳阳市岳阳楼区自1997年首次发现HIV感染者以来,至2008年底,已发现HIV感染者219人,其中通过性接触感染者36人,占16.44%。据统计,岳阳楼区有娱乐场所180家,从事商业性性服务人群2000余人,其中部分人是“以卖养吸”,部分人对感染HIV存在侥幸心理,存在较大的艾滋病传播隐患。
