     【摘要】食用花生虽有百利,但花生富含油脂,体寒湿滞及肠滑便泄者不宜服食。花生保管不善,极易受霉菌污染,从而产生致癌性很强的黄曲霉毒素。因此,发霉变质的花生绝不要食用。总之,合理食用花生,适量食用,减弊益身。

    【Abstract】Although the edible peanut has hundred advantages, but the peanut contains the fat richly, the body stagnates and the intestines cold-damp slides releasing not to be then suitable takes. The peanut storage is bad, extremely easily mold contamination, thus produces the carcinogenicity very strong yellow aspergillus. Therefore, the mildewy deterioration’s peanut do not edible. In brief, reasonable edible peanut, right amount edible, reduces the shortcoming profit body.
