【摘要】目的:探讨不同剂量乌司他丁对老年急腹症围手术期血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:120例手术治疗的老年急腹症患者,随机分为4组:空白对照组、UTI 0.5万U/ kg、1.0万U/ kg、2.0万U/ kg.并分别于不同时间点取血,检测TNF-a和IL-6水平。结果: 与对照组比较,治疗组各时间点TNF-a和IL-6明显下降(p<0.05);与U1组比较,各治疗组同时间点TNF-a和IL-6水平呈进行性下降(p<0.05)。结论: 乌司他丁具有剂量依耐性抑制细胞因子释放作用,有效减轻SIRS,有助于患者平稳度过围手术期。
