【摘要】目的:探讨产科子宫切除术后产妇的心理反应,为实施有效的心理护理和心理干预提供依据。方法:对5例行产科子宫切除术的产妇分别于手术后第1天到第7天进行问卷调查,分析其心理特征,根据不同产妇的心理特点和心理需求给予心理护理。结果:个性化心理护理的实施能有效地降低产科子宫切除后产妇的焦虑抑郁情绪。结论:个性化心理护理对提高产科子宫切除产妇的生活质量起着重要的作用。
