【摘要】目的:探讨直肠癌截石位手术压疮发生的相关因素和护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2007年12月至2008年12月3例直肠癌截石位手术患者压疮发生的原因,并对其后9个月内进行相同手术的68例患者进行压疮评估,并采取护理措施如:啫喱垫保护、缓解骶尾部压力、定时按摩受压皮肤、正确使用腹腔自动拉钩等。结果:68例手术患者均未发生压疮。结论:手术室护士应对截石位受压部位的皮肤采取预防性措施,才能有效预防直肠癌截石位手术压疮的发生。
